Lange Tech CollectiveKansas City

For Kansas City owners

Stop keeping the next step in your head.

You are on a job. The quote never went out. Nobody followed up. Then a customer texts, “Did you get my estimate?” I help you fix that. For $450 we spend one hour writing down how a job really moves in your shop. After that I can connect the software you already pay for so the next job does not wait on you.

I work with owners in Kansas City, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri, including Johnson County and Wyandotte County.

What this is

Your shop already works. It just leans on you for every next step.

The estimate lives in one place. The follow-up lives in your head. Your people ask you the same questions every week. That is the work I take off you.

I sit with you and look at how a real job moves from the first call to getting paid. Then I connect the tools you already have, write the steps down, and set up only the reminders that save you hours. You keep doing the paid work.

Connect what you already have

Your calendar, forms, invoices, review requests, and messages should talk to each other. A customer should be able to go from first contact to paid without you copying the same name into three apps. I will not add a new app unless it clearly earns its keep.

Write the steps so someone else can do them

After a call, after a job, or after a complaint, what happens next should be written down. I keep it short and in plain English so your people will actually open the page.

Set the weekly tasks so they happen without you

Quote follow-up, appointment reminders, review requests, and unpaid invoice notes should go out even when you are slammed. That is the work that dies the week you get busy.

Give you the logins back

You own every account. I show you how it runs. There is no monthly fee that exists only so I stay on the books.

Who this is for

This is for an owner who still holds the whole shop together.

It fits a service business with a few people, work that comes in by phone or a form, and software that does not talk to each other. Trades, home services, and local shops are the usual fit. You may have tried a customer tracker before. You do not want another screen you have to feed every night.

This is not for a big company tech team. It is not for a product company that wants a year-long overhaul. It is not for anyone who wants a phone number on this website. You book a time or you email me.

How it works

You pay for one hour. Then you decide what happens next.

  1. The $450 hour

We walk through how a customer goes from the first call to getting paid. We find where quotes sit. We write down what lives only in your head. You leave with a written list of what to fix first.

  2. You choose

If a small setup is worth doing, I send you a price for that work. If the hour was enough, you keep the notes and we stop. I will not pressure you to buy more.

  3. I build only what saves you hours

I connect the software you already pay for. I write a short list of steps. I turn on only the reminders that matter.

  4. You run it

I walk through it with you and with whoever handles the next job. After that it is yours. I stay reachable if something needs a small fix.

Who you deal with

I am Yasha Lange.

I own Lange Tech Collective. You deal with me on the hour, on the setup, and on any follow-up.

I also own Lange Contracting. That is how I test an idea. If a process only looks good on a slide, I do not use it here. If it works on a real job in Johnson County or Wyandotte County, I do.

What a good project does

The shop still moves when you are on a job.

The point is not more software. The point is fewer texts that say, “What do I do now?”

The weekly tasks leave your head

You still make the hard calls. The same follow-up and reminders do not sit and wait until you remember them.

Anyone can see the next step

After a new lead, after a job, or after a complaint, the next step is written down where your people can find it.

You ask at the right time

Review requests and follow-up messages go out when the job is done, not at ten at night when it pops into your head.

Start here

Book the $450 hour.

We will spend one hour on how a job moves in your shop today, where quotes stall, and what is worth fixing first. You may decide nothing needs building. That is a fair outcome.

$450 / 1 hour

This is a video call. You get the hour and written notes. You do not have to hire me for more work after that.

First pick a time on the Google booking page. Then pay $450 with PayPal so the slot stays yours. If the time no longer works, use the link in the confirmation email to pick a new one.

Google holds the booking. PayPal holds the payment. I read the email myself. See Privacy.

If you would rather write first, email yasha@langetechcollective.com. Tell me what is stuck and what city you work in. I read the mail myself.
